The Days Until Event Calculator counts down from today to any future date — a wedding, a vacation, a project deadline, a birthday, an exam. It returns the answer in days, weeks, and months, plus a quick "weeks and days" breakdown for easy mental tracking.
What it returns

How it works
The calculator computes the difference between today (in the user's local timezone) and the target date, returning the elapsed days. If the date is in the past, the result indicates how long ago it happened.
Example
If today is November 27, 2026 and the event is on December 25, 2026:
- 28 days remaining
- 4 weeks exactly
- Falls on a Friday
When to use this

Time zones
The countdown uses your browser's local time. If the event is in a different timezone, the day-by-day count may differ by one near midnight on either end.
