How to reach us for corrections, feature requests, and feedback.
The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@simpletoolsdaily.com. We read every message and respond within a few business days.
What to include in your message
To help us respond quickly, please include:
- The tool name (for example, "Mortgage Calculator" or "Regex Tester") so we know which page you mean.
- What you observed — the actual result the calculator gave you.
- What you expected — the value or behaviour you thought was correct.
- Your inputs — the values you entered, if relevant.
- Browser and operating system — only if you are reporting a visual or interaction bug.
That level of detail lets us reproduce the issue and fix it. For feature requests, a short description of the use case (what you are trying to accomplish) is more useful than a list of fields to add.
Corrections
If you have found a mathematical or factual error in a calculator or in the supporting content, we want to know. Send the page URL, the specific claim or output that is wrong, and the source you are referencing. Corrections are prioritised over feature requests.
Feature requests
We track suggestions for new tools and improvements to existing ones. Not every request will be built — we focus on tools that are broadly useful and have clear, well-defined formulas — but every request is read. If you propose a new tool, a one-paragraph description of the calculation and a worked example is extremely helpful.
Press and media
For press inquiries or content licensing, include "Press" or "Licensing" in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
We are unable to:
- Provide personal financial, medical, tax, or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional.
- Recover lost values from calculator inputs (nothing is stored on our end — everything happens in your browser).
- Build custom one-off calculators on commission.
Response times
We aim to respond within two business days for most inquiries. Complex bug reports or detailed feature requests may take longer to investigate and reply to substantively.
