Free, browser-based calculators and converters
31 tools across 6 categories. No accounts, no uploads, no fluff.
SimpleTools Daily is an independent collection of free online calculators and converters built for everyday questions: estimating a mortgage payment, checking your BMI, converting kilometres to miles, finding the working days between two dates, decoding a Unicode escape, and a few dozen more. Every tool runs entirely in your browser. There is no account, no upload, and no waiting on a server.
Each tool has its own page with the calculator at the top, the underlying formula in the middle, a worked example with realistic numbers, and a short FAQ at the bottom. The goal is to be useful for both a quick answer and a slightly deeper understanding of what the calculator is doing.

How SimpleTools Daily is different
Most free calculator sites are stuffed with intrusive ads, autoplaying video, and dozens of cross-links engineered to push users from one search-result page to another. The tools themselves are buried under SEO filler that does not actually help anyone.
SimpleTools Daily takes the opposite approach. Each tool is its own page, with a single clear purpose. The interactive form computes results instantly as you type. The accompanying article gives you the formula, a worked example, and the limitations — so you can decide whether the answer is the right one for your situation. No tool on the site claims to substitute for professional advice (financial, medical, tax, or legal). Where a result is an estimate, we say so on the page.
The site is built and maintained by a single person. New tools are added when there is a clear, well-defined use case. Existing tools are updated when the underlying inputs change — for example, when US federal tax brackets update each year. If you find an error or want to suggest something, please reach us via the contact page.
How the site is funded
SimpleTools Daily is supported by Google AdSense advertising. Ads, where they appear, are clearly distinguishable from tool content and never sit inside calculator inputs or interfere with results. We do not accept sponsored placements, paid product reviews, or affiliate-linked recommendations inside tool descriptions. If a tool or method is mentioned, it is because we think it is genuinely useful — not because someone paid for the mention. The privacy policy describes what data, if any, is collected.
Privacy in one sentence
Every calculator runs locally in your browser; the values you enter never leave your device. The site does not require an account, does not maintain a user database, and stores only a single first-party preference (your light/dark theme choice) on your device.
